Hernandez, General Manager of Getz Bros. Philippines,
Inc. A phrase uttered with conviction to his Management
Team during their strategic planning workshop in Pampanga
last April 2002. "
a new mindset, a new
culture, and a shared vision of a successful future
is what we need!" he added.
With this new burning passion for success, management
has identified three important elements that would bring
forth this "reinvention" - One is to have
a clear VISION that will give the Company a common direction,
a unified goal, and a shared purpose; The other is to
have a MISSION STATEMENT that will define the ways of
working and describe the essence of the organization's
existence as a legal entity; Last is to establish and
cultivate its CORE VALUES that will shape the Company's
Culture. This gave birth to the Vision, Mission, and
Core Values of the new Getz Bros. Philippines, Inc.
last April 2002.
The Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Company will
be cascaded throughout the entire organization through
a series of workshops scheduled this July and August.
The objective of these workshops is awareness and internalization
of these three key elements that is expected to trigger
the monumental turn around of the business.
